Since 2007 Eurotecnicka’s service department is the official service center for Amazone machines in Russia and is the training center for Amazone dealers service departments.
Availability of modern agricultural machines in the regions of Russia stipulates the necessity of qualitative and timely repair and maintenance. That is why from the fist day of the company existence we organized service and quality control departments.
Eurotechnicka offers full technical support for the machines sold both during warranty and post-warranty periods. Commissioning: all machines are adjusted and set up by service engineer directly on site, as well we offer operation and maintenance training for the farms specialists.
During the warranty period service department provides quick warranty maintenance and repair of the machines which is stipulated by the own spare parts stock in Samara and service vehicles availability. Special tools and technical documentation allow machines repairs directly on customers site.
Our company established spare parts stock which provides immediate orders fulfillment for Eurotechnicka machines servicing. Spare parts on stock are replenished depending on seasonal requirements, also it is possible to delivery parts directly from Germany upon customers requests.
Post warranty repair of the machines can be made upon customers request. If a client want to repair machines using own forces our service engineers will give him all required consultations.
Through cooperation with experts from German companies and training on German manufacturers factories service department staff has extensive professional experience. Every year our employees are trained on German partners’ factories adopting advanced experience and improving their qualification.
